Announcing Bold Expressions 2017, Northern California Arts, Inc. 62nd Annual International Open Juried Art Exhibition at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center October 3-29. The judge this year is Sacramento artist and teacher David Lobenberg. Second Saturday Art Walk will be held on October 14th from 5:30-8:30pm. Closing reception and awards presentation will take place on Sunday, October 29, 2017, 1-3 PM.
