Sheilla Jacobs Class: Matisse Inspired Mixed Media Collage
Henri Matisse the famous French artist later in his life created many beautiful “paper cut outs” works of art. Sheila, inspired by these works will share her own ideas mingled with these inspirations with Art for Families participants using brightly colored papers among other elements creating bold designed collages. Sign up for your spot in her class, bring your family and friends. $5 per family Saturday June 10, 1:00 to 3:30pm at the art center.

Helen Plenert Class: The Joy of Painting Watercolor Flowers
Helen will demonstrate and teach you how to joyfully paint simple works of art of a variety of flowers using her special techniques in water colors. Learn the basics with all supplies provided. All you need to bring is an open mind and your own creative juices! Class meets Sunday June 11, 1:00 to 3:30.
Famlies are encouraged to work on these projects together. $5 donation.
