The curatorial committee at Viewpoint reviewed hundreds of images from this page and selected 80 for the exhibit. All the Viewpoint curatorial members were impressed by the beauty and artistic quality of the images. The exhibit includes landscapes, abstract images, portraits and more all captured from sunset to the early dawn hours. The collection of images creates a wonderfully atmospheric exhibit.

Michael Misha Kennedy combines the stylistic accomplishment of Impressionism with modern subject matter and technique. His background in design and Master of Acrylics title are evident in his bright, eye-catching canvases, where geometric patterns and additional textures make these paintings into decorative objects. Kennedy says he rotates the canvasses as he works on abstract paintings giving the works a sense of movement and life. He seeks a conflict or tension between hues, patterns, theories and textures; he says it mimics what we see [...]
Dee Taube - Fused Glass Dee Taube designed jewelry for a number of years before she found fused glass as a medium. Her fused glass art is sometimes a dance where the partners are color, form, and heat, and sometimes a playful invitation for those things to come together as they wish. The intention is a piece of beauty to bring joy to the beholder. Please join Artists' Collaborative for refreshments and a chance to meet the artist on Second Saturday right here in Sacramento!
